(Service Programme To Mathruchaya Old Age Home)

We arranged a service programme trip on 8th July 2017 to
Mathruchaya Old Age Home, Agara, Thathaguni Village. This was an amazing
experience for all students of IDBP Year 1 & 2. The students engaged
themselves in serving the senior citizens who live at the Old Age Home.
The service involved activities such as:-
Taking
aged people for walks
Cleaning
their rooms
Cooking
and serving food for them
Interacting
with them
Knowing
their life style
Learning
about their history
Entertaining
them by performing co curricular activities such as singing, performing
Skit
and speech etc.
This helped the students in knowing the
hardships of senior citizens and it also helped in inculcating moral values.
